It was a very good experience for my daughter and I. We will probably do it again sometime soon.

The amenities were exactly what I wanted; pool, hot tub, sauna, wireless, and cable.

They ran out of towels in the pool area. But then again when I called, they brought some right away.

A fine little hotel with a fine location in a nice little New England town. Check-in was a breeze and staff were helpful. Rooms were large, quiet and comfortable. My only issue was that the double beds were not much bigger than a twin.

If I can't get a refrigerator in my room for my next business stay I will go to another source. I don't like to eat in the restaurant every meal and Im a travel nurse so I get out often at 3 am, thus to have a snack it needs to be in my room. I try to stay healthy and most healthy items require refrigeration. Microwave is almost a ness but I can plan around not having one. Thanks.

Staff friendly.

Older hotel could use updates, not all rooms have microwave or refrigerator and few free standing refrigerators are available.

The Holiday Inn Concord hotel, approximately 22 miles from Manchester Boston Regional Airport, is easily accessible from Pats Peak Ski Area and Canterbury Shaker Village. The inn, about one mile from the Capitol Center for the Arts, is a walk away from shops, restaurants and downtown. It is a good base for trips to the Green Mountains (VT) and the White Mountains / the Lakes Region (NH). Guests can access complimentary wireless high-speed internet from all public areas and accommodations. Each morning, a free newspaper is delivered to all rooms. Video review and checkout service is available in the comfort of the room.

This centrally located inn offers an assortment of amenities for convenience, comfort and confidence. Most of the travelers were happy with courteous staff, neighborhood dotted with eateries and shops, well-kept hot tub and swimming pool, food at the onsite restaurant, clean spacious guest rooms and kitchens. It was good value for the money spent. However, some guests complained about dirty carpets in hallways, shabby elevator doors, water problem, fees for video games and rude staff.
