This hotel was a decent place to stay. The only major inconvenience was that the bathrooms did not have a fan inside of them. I am surprised since every hotel I have stayed has had a fan. Next time, I will ask before booking. Other than that it was a very clean hotel. The staff was very nice except one man who was not very nice and rude when I asked him for toilet paper.

Everything was nice and new.

I asked a hotel staff personnel for some toilet paper but he was very rude and seemed like he did not want to help me and made a sarcastic remark.

I recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Reno. Most online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. One guest felt the breakfast was too expensive, and had a lumpy mattress and thought the room smelled bad but most of the previous visitors reported a pleasant stay.
