Less than 5 minutes walking from Peppermill dining/casino. Back of hotel is best for dogs because of the large safe fenced area. Coffee pot in room did not work. Room was very spacious and reasonably priced. Other guests were friendly. I felt safe staying there.

The rooms were clean and everything in the room looked new, but the grounds and exterior were in poor condition. Also it was very noisy between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. It made one wonder why there was so much traffic in and out of the rooms in the wee hours of the morning? It was adequate but only if you really just need a place to sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant next door.

Clean and neat, but multiple old screwholes in several places.A bit appalled when turning back the covers and discovered a big tear in the sheet! Service and rates were good.

We were looking for just a place to sleep. The rest of the time we were christmas shopping. We were happy with the room. The bed linens were clean it had coffee in the room to get us going in the morning and the price could not be beat. No frills, but we didn't need them this trip!! All in all we were happy and would come back to stay for other over night shopping trips!

We stayed on business. Can't say it wasn't conveniently located, but that was about all. Bathroom floor was flithy. Not at all sound proof. Had to stay over 1 extra day got 3 different rates, from 2 clerks. Parking lot spaces tight. Won't stay there again!

I booked this hotel because the larger casinos were sold out. I was so happy that the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They brought me pillows to my room at 3am! Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We reserved two rooms. In one room we found sheets that were not clean!! Room was not very appealing.

our whole experience at the hotel was great,had 1 problem with the air conditioner,but they put us in another room,very happy with our experience and will come back

The outside of the motel looked run down and everything was needing repair. The inside rooms were a little better, but not much. The lock on the door didn't make us feel very safe and the people in the rooms around us didn't make us feel any safer. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

From the outside it didn't look like much, but I was so impressed by everything else it didn't matter. If we go back to Reno we are staying here! Great location, friendly staff, great everything!
