Cheap and reasonable proximity to convention center are only +'s. Smelled bad, really bad, noisy people at all hours in corridors, wifi only works in main office, which also smelled bad. Non smoking room had burn holes in bedspread and smelled of smokers. Will never go back.

I was not happy with the room. We had reservations for two beds.Only one bed when we arrived. The staff did get us a room with two beds but very small. The chair looked like someone had gotten sick in it,the drawer in the dresser had food in it,and our room did not look vaccumed.

"Kitchen" means coffeemaker and microwave - no dishes or utensils. Room smelled bad. "High speed internet" didn't exist. Disconcerting dark stain on rim of "sanitized" toilet. Duct tape all over the carpet. Billed as "pet friendly" but the only place for animals to eliminate was often parked on by other guests (even though there was ample parking on the other side of the building).

Besides the fact that the air conditioner worked (which was good since it was nearly 100 degrees while we were there), this hotel was horrible--bad service, disgusting bathroom, etc. I guess I should have expected that since the price was low, but I've stayed in many $70 hotels that were much better (at least they were clean!!).

The rooms where very bad not kept up there was ducktape holding down the carpet. The mircowave was coming off the wall. There was a big whole above the shower I was afraid to cut off the light and yes let me not forget that is smelled really bad. I stayed there because it was close to the airport so needless to say I didn't get any sleep until I go on the plane the next day. But I will never stay there again unless changes real changes have been made.

The motel was in a bad location. There were many transients congregating in the area and it appeared to be a dangerous crowd of people. The service was inhospitable and unhelpful. I did not check in and found another motel. I was charged the 1st night at Rodeway in due to less than 24 hours notice. This is unfair due to the low quality conditions of the motel.

Old buildings that need repairs, water leaking etc. Some disruptive guests made for security concerns. However rooms were clean.

Guest relations were poor. Although I showed them my confirmation #, they did not have my reservation. Check-in took over an hour. Room key did not work each night.

The room was clean and customer service we received from the staff was great. The only complaint we had were the people next door to us who were extremely, extremely loud.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The floor had french fries and chips on the carpet. (I did not eat in my room) the screen was missing from the window. The handle was broke on my bathroom. The shower and the lights didnt work. I got in my room from the airport just enough to drop off my luggage. I went to a confrence and got back to my motel room very late. I went to the front desk to check out of my room and move because of the facilites..They stated they would charge my room for another night because I made hotel reservation for 3 night stay. I was not happy with your customer service and it was my first trip to Reno. I will never stay with your hotel again and I do enough traveling that I will make sure that other business travelers dont make the same mistake I did. You want to make it up to me. Credit my credit card back one nights stay. I had to pay for two motel rooms. Not only were they jacked up from an event in town. I paid for a room with no top sheet and cigarette holes in my blanket $109.00 a night...NOT GOOD BUSINESS and lousy CUSTOMER SERVICE

Front desk doesn't look up when they are on the phone, which is constant. They seem to act like they are doing me a favor by having me stay there.Rooms smelled bad---very musty.Bath towels were so thin and small--must have been a special order.The whole place qualifies for the deferred maintanence property of the year.

Front desk were very rude, smoking room, no ashtrays, 4 adults, 2 sets of towels, curtains falling off, chair broken, a/c cover broken & fell off, no hot water 2 days, headboard coming off, room smelled awful, had to fix shower knob, tub wouldn't drain, TV didn't work 1/2 time, ice mach didn't work 1/2 time, 1/2 bottle used shampoo, had to go to desk to get more towels every day, bathroom lights went out, was told no trays for cont break, didn't want us to take it to room, no juice, coffee or rolls 1 day, over charged $60 from quote with reservations.
