Good quality room with freindly service for a value price. Had no major complaints. Did have share breakfast with a small roach, but it didn't eat much.

We were given a key but found the maid still working in the room. Had to wait 30 minutes. Otherwise, very nice place....and clean.

I was a little concerned when I entered the hallway to our room, the carpet needs to be replaced. But the room iteslf was fantastic! Large room, with fridge, balcony, easy chair, and dinette set. It was obvious the place has recently been refurbished. Property has nice quiet feel, but is walking distance from the strip. The restraunt was so good, we ate there twice!

One Night - posted on 04/28/2004
We stayed for one night at the Reno, Nevada facility. The entrance to the front door is grubby and needs a good clean. The reception area is rather dim and slightly dingy. The restaurant which is situated by the front door presented poorly and there was a slight smell of french fries. However the Hotel Clerk seeing to our reservation was pleasant and friendly. The passage way to our room was also in need of an upgrade. Our room was fine, clean etc, (though there was a shortage of pillows and towels). We ate breakfast in the restaurant the next morning, the waitress was pleasant and helpful, however I would give the meal a 2 -3 at best. We have stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites at the Toronto, (Ontario, Canada) airport many times and that is an altogether better class facility - lobby presentation, rooms, size, restaurant meal all first rate for the price. I would not choose to stay at the Reno faciliry again.
