An attendant at the front desk was rude to multiple parties. Nothing important to me worked. The treadmill (and other exercise equipment) was broken, the blender at the bar did not work properly. I could never get the WiFi to work with MS Vista. I called their WiFi helpdesk 3 times (got through only once) and was on hold a total of 110 minutes. They told me the problem was with the hotel's router. A hair dryer had to be replaced. The breakfast we had was an anorexic's delight. Our members of our party, which as stayed here multiple times, will not return.

Shuttle picked me up within minutes of my call and the driver helped me take my luggagge and ski gear to my room. WiFi in the room was great. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again.

We are long time visitors to this hotel and have always been more than pleased with everything about it, but this last trip was a surprising disappointment. No towels at the pool and took over an hour to get any. Constant noise from construction and hazardous walking to our room because of renovations in progress. Workers inept at providing a safe passage through the work area.

very comfprtable, excellent service, LOVE that we could leave our car in their parking lot until we came back from our honeymoon, and it was cheap cheap cheap!

We always stay at this hotel when we have an early flight, as we live over 2 hours from the airport. Rooms are OK. Parking & shuttle can't be beat. Coming home, it's only about 1/4 mile walk from baggage claim.

tHIS HOTEL WAS very Outdated.It felt very dirty, and the bed made my husband and itchy. The tub was moldy around the sides, the walls in the bathroom were all BADLY patched up from prior damage, etc. After Only One shower we had no hot water!!
Needs Improvement: EVERYTHING!|!

The rooms were big and comfortable. The hotel is situated very near to Reno downtown. It was a comfortable visit, as is always in Best Western!!

Upon arrival, my requested non-smoking room was not available. The hotel is undergoing renovations and many rooms are closed off. I was able to obtain the only nonsmoking room available for a considerable increase in price. The desk staff were very helpful, but the hotel is shabby and the renovations are needed. I found better accomodations at another site in Reno at a much better price.

Quiet Room, despite proximity to airport. Staff is attentive and helpful. Definitely staying there when returning to Reno.

walking distance from airport. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and very friendly. This will be my preffered place, for future visits.
