I will definitely return to this hotel. You cant beat the service or the price. Perfect if you want upscale treatment at reasonable price.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The Continental breakfast was surprising because of its selection and quality. VERY GOOD. Its the best

Nice location and great continental breakfast. Room on the 3rd floor smelled of smoke and I was told this was from the 4th floor so I might request a lower floor in the future. Other than that, clean and friends and great price.

Nice location, nice easy breakfast.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

The 142-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Las Vegas South provides affordable accommodation for both the business and leisure travel and is located a half mile from the popular south end of the Las Vegas Strip. The four-story, non-smoking hotel provides a free shuttle to the MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Other items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a hot breakfast buffet, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is a boardroom available for business or social events that can accommodate eight guests.
