The room was great (although cramped because the bed was too big for the room) and the bed was comfortable. My only regret about going to this hotel was the parking. I thought it was wonderful that this hotel had it's own parking garage, the price was good and the room looked great, but the service was horrible. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Like other reviewers commented, the hotel was spacious and close to the strip. My only problem was, some of the suites have connecting doors and we could hear everything! There were maybe 1/8 inch gaps around the door where every sound was carried and smoke. (The hotel was booked and we couldn't find non-smoking room). My in-laws stayed in another suite without the connecting door, but same problem. Needless to say, we will not stay at that hotel, unless we can make sure there are no guests on either side of our room.

After missing our flight from McCarren, we needed a hotel room for the night. After much airport hassle, it was so pleasant to check in to such a quiet, attractive, clean, new hotel. The room was lovely and spacious; the bathroom was also large with a seating area in the tub/shower. The staff bent over backwards to please. I give this hotel an A+!

We usually visit Vegas several times a year. As anyone who comes into Vegas, knows, staying on the Stip on Saturday evenings is very costly. While searcing the internet, I came across this facility. Overall very very pleased, the rooms were clean, attractive, quite, and comfortable. The restaurant, staff and location were very nice. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is willing to stay at a facility without a casino.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas, and we enjoyed being away from the hullaballou of the strip. Everything nice and new. Rooms were VERY quiet. Easy drive to the Strip
