The room was very new and clean and staff was friendly. It was another trip outside in 105 degree to deal with the parking. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel room was quiet and clean.

Soda machines were 'sold out' on all four floors I went to.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are fantastic. The staff, for the most part, are very nice. I went to the Strip House, their steakhouse, for dinner and the service was incredible and the food was delicious. Probably the best steak I've ever had and I've had my share of steaks. My only problem with the hotel was with valet parking. When I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came up to get my car. Then when someone did finally come, they couldn't care less. After observing the area, you could tell it was a disaster waiting to happen. I can understand limos and cabs coming to the front door of the hotel, but delivery trucks were also converging on the same location. Planet Hollywood really needs to restructure it's parking situation.

The suite I was upgraded to was incredible.

The valet parking was horrendous. I waited 30 minutes before someone got to me to park my car.

This is an excellent hotel! There's a lot of competition on the strip and this one definitely delivers. The rooms are amazing - extremely comfortable bed, great decor and a huge bathroom! The parking is a little difficult, but if you park early you can use the free valet. Even if you don't stay here, try the buffet! It's one of the best ones I've had!

No access from the parking lot to the hotel directly. You need to walk through the attached mall to get to the rooms. Free valet fills up quickly.

The Aladdin Casino resort has the distinct advantage of being located in the Desert Passage Shopping Mall. Here, you will find popular stores like Sephora, as well as unique stores such as Alexander Kalifano, which sells globes that are made from gem stones. However, The Aladdin has more going for it than its location. The Spice Market Buffet features the best breakfast buffet in Vegas, and the Elemis Spa is renowned for its spectacular treatments.
