The hotel itself was nice enough. Although the sink in my bathroom was dirty upon arrival. I liked the location and ease of entry/exit. The lobby staff was pleasant and smiling, and jovial. I enjoyed that. Newspaper in the morning. However, housecleaning needs retraining on garbage etiquette". Either they threw something away, or possibly stole it. Whichever, I am very unhappy about their decision, and do not trust my belongings in their hands. Therefore, I will not be revisiting this particular hotel."

Great location for MY needs. Easy access. Friendly lobby staff, although not earnest to resolve an error of their staff. I dealt with it.

House cleaning threw MY things in the garbage (or stole) , causing us a GRAVE, dangerous and miserable drive home. I am very angry about that.

This hotel was in a safe area not too far from the strip. The room and hotel in general was clean and well kept. I felt very safe coming in late. I think that the room should have had a small fridge to store sodas and waters, but that was a very minor inconvenience. I had a great trip.

I liked that it was in Vegas, but in a safe area as I was alone.

This hotel did not have a small fridge in room.

It was a great stay and the room hotel was clean. The hotel was much nicer than what I was looking for but it was worth the few bucks. It was in a really nice area close to the strip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

It was close to everything but not downtown.

I had to leave.

The 154-room Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Summerlin is located between the Las Vegas Strip and the foothills of the Spring Mountains. The three-story, non-smoking hotel provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The property is close to Nellis Air Force Base, Betty Wilson Soccer Field, the Darling Tennis Sports Complex and seven golf courses. This Courtyard proved to be a winner for those who wanted more than just a gambling holiday in Las Vegas. The hotel is 15 minutes from rock-climbing in Red Rock Canyon and 15 minutes in the opposite direction to the glitter and glitz of the famed Las Vegas strip. Former clients said the rooms were clean and comfortable and the rates reasonable. Many clients say they will return to this hotel. Those only interested in gambling said they will find somewhere closer to the action on their next visit.
