first of all they make me wait until 3:00 to check in and they put me way in the back. Front desk employee very unprofessional.

Awful Experience - posted on 04/23/2007

There is very little about this hotel that was good. I waited over an hour to check in because there had been a cancelled flight. There was no alarm clock and no remote for the TV. The beds were okay. I had to reprogram the key card to my lock 5 out of the 8 days I stayed there. The deli was a good cheap option for breakfast and its location near the strip, the airport and the convention center was nice. Overall my experience was a bad one. I would not recommend this hotel unless there were no other options available.

Flea Bag Hotel - posted on 04/20/2007

We could never get towels. During our 4 days, we only had towels for 2 days. The front desk does not answer the phone. You are force to walk to the front desk. Expect to wait in line for more than 30 min. 3 other visitors with the same concerns & problems. We all overheard one another, & shared our complaints with each other. The hotel is frequented by vagabonds, & others literally living there for long term periods. There are several disabled, abandoned & inoperative cars in the parking lot that have dust & spider webs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not happy - posted on 03/06/2007

The Knight's Inn wasn't very impressive. I know it wasn't the most expensive place but since it was one of your choices and other Knight's Inns I have seen were okay I was disappointed. It was rough looking and the finishing touches weren't there. Toilet roller was missing so the paper roll was sitting on top of toilet or on the floor. Parking lot rough and bumpy. Our room was right next to a very busy street so we heard traffic all night. Bathroom door wouldn't close.
Needs Improvement: noisy traffic, toilet roller missing, not real imp

This is a poor hotel - posted on 01/16/2007

The hotel does not have any signage, front desk personnel is rude and this hotel is appropiate only for students and pulling out of the hotel is a problem because the main street is the highway from the airport. You have to use the Paradise Ave. and go around to the airport to get to out of the parking lot.
