overall the hotel was good, older, needs some updating But No bugs and was cleaned everyday, Coffee maker's in rooms would be great, Coco's restraunt,in front of Hotel was very good and reasonable.. I would recommed this hotel to anyone that just wants a place to stay, its close to airport and walking distance to MGM!!!!!

Hotel is not quite on the strip, but, it's still quite loud (traffic, airport,etc.). Good price, and fair service. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at America's Best Value Inn during a Fri-Sun stay. The hotel is run down and leaves alot to be desired BUT the price was right and the location was perfect. The rooms are run down and old but we only slept and showered there. The Beds were comfy. The shower was adequate. The Front desk was friendly and helpful. We paid $* for a weekend stay. If you are used to "The Strip" experience - Stay somewhere else.

AC didn't cool the rooms at all, was terribly hot. They charged a deposit for everything. When asked for extra pillows security when we didn't answer the door quick enough just unlocked and came right into our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They charged a cleaning fee on checkin since we had a dog, looks like that fee does NOT got to cleaning! Small room, no drawers, closets, etc. No TV Remote, no local channels, close to our non-dog friiends at the Trop. Not up to Red Roof Inn standards (we generally stay at Red Roof's since they take small pets!)
