For the amount paid, this hotel fulfilled my expectations. It was relatively comfortable, low cost, and convenient. Ps: watch for grasshoppers in the bath tub.
It was clean and low cost.
Amenities were rather sparse.

Excellent. just try to keep order. That's it.
safe and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces.
Keeping order of "first come first served", I was served after the folks whom came after me due to a lousy customer whom deliberately cut in front of me.

I would stay there again just because of the price and convenient location. I would use this motel again.
I liked the convenience of being close to the strip.
I did not like it that there were no vending machines or ice makers.

Accommodations are equipped with hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, air conditioning units, electronic door locks, and cable televisions with ESPN and HBO. Suites feature microwaves, refrigerators and separate sitting rooms. Both smoking and non-smoking sleeping rooms are available.

The onsite vending areas and coin-operated guest laundry are a big plus. COCOS Restaurant serves food at all hours; and Jeremiah's Steakhouse & Lounge offers steaks and drinks. The onsite parking area can accommodate trucks, cars and buses. High-speed Internet can be accessed from the lobby kiosk. At the end of the day, you can relax in heated spa tub and / or free-form swimming pool.
