The staff was accomodating and eagar to please. Second floor requires you walk up stiars. The pool is small and there is no lounge/lobby. You can walk to the strip.
Could be cleaner-Mold in bathroom - posted on 04/19/2006
This place has the potential to be a great, reasonably priced choice since it is in a convenient location. Unfortunately, it could be cleaner and needs a paint job and upgrade to the bathroom. Mold around the bath tub and corners of the bathroom were a problem.

i had a wedding in vegas, and i made the mistake of blocking a group of rooms here. first when we got there, they changed the rates that was given to us. it was a busy weekend and all hotels were booked, so we couldnt find another place. the front lady and manager need a class on customer service!!!! Its very hot in vegas and the ice machine didnt work, towels felt like sandpaper, and they had roaches thats were at least and 1 1/2". I shook out all my bags before i went home. i will never.. ever..ever go near this place again!!

I go to Las Vegas often but rarely stay at a hotel that does not have a casino. Also, I've never stayed at a Travelodge before...I was very impressed with this hotel! Close to the strip and behind MGM. The rooms were better and cleaner than most casino hotels I have stayed in. Service decent...

I thought this was going to be hell due to the rudeness of the counter lady. But fortunately a man was much nicer and tried to sell me the one and only suite. Unfortunately, he wasn?t budging on giving me a deal. The ad said that it was only a block from the strip. Try about 3. The room was decent but I did find some pizza crust behind a nightstand along with an alarm clock which I really could have used if I knew they had one. They did provide shuttle to airport.
