Overall, I liked having the ability to name my own price. Even though they wouldn't go as low as my price, it was still reasonable and a good value. The staff was nice & the room was clean and spacious - it was a mini suite. AND, the internet connection was free. Room had a 'frige & microwave in addition to a little TV sitting room & desk area. I would go back & I would recommend this hotel to others.

I felt comfortable going to the Residence Inn as a well known name. Good value for the $.

Very minor comment, the room decor is pretty outdated & was probably smoked in although it was marked non-smoking

Although difficult to find, this hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations. This new hotel was outstanding and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I only stayed 1 night, but I would have liked to stay longer.

Very clean and bright new property; large, clean and attractive rooms; nice pool, etc.

I liked everything.

Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas/Green Valley comprises 126 suites with separate living and sleeping areas designed for the extended stay leisure and business traveler. The three-story pet-friendly hotel is five minutes from the gambling action and shows of Las Vegas and within an easy drive of the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, known for its sailing, swimming and water-skiing. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, light dinner at the managers reception Monday through Thursday evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and a copy of USA Today. The non-smoking inn has two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 60 guests.

All suites have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and conventional oven, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemaker and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, pullout sofa bed, fireplace, cable television with movie channels, pay-per-view movies, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and telephone with voicemail.

Couples who have stayed at this Marriott property say the inn offers great value for money. The complimentary evening light dinners, with pasta and a salad bar, were an unexpected surprise for many visitors. So was the free shuttle ride to Las Vegas famed Strip. Most visitors said they would return to this property and had no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.
