Very good value for the price . Very convenient location for travelers to Reno or Lake Tahoe.

Beds must have been close to new as they were extremely comfortable.

It is clean and well designed. The breakfast is a good selection of food offerings. No newspapers were provided for guests like other hotels we have stayed in (Hampton Inns). No phone books in rooms. Walls were not insulated well and every conversation on each side could clearly be heard. I would not stay at this particular one for that reason. Other HI is not this way as we have stayed at others.

Location; breakfast selections; clean.

Walls were paper thin; could hear everything next door.

I loved the location of the hotel the room was great and morning breakfast was a great way to start our day.

The room was very clean, warm & comfortable.

Front desk clerk when we arrived was rude.

The Holiday boasts all modern comforts for an enjoyable stay. Many travelers liked comfortable and clean guest rooms, soft firm pillows, hot tub, extensive free breakfast, fresh cookies, lovely pool, wireless internet and efficient friendly service. It offered good value for the money spent. However, noise, icky mattresses, unclean rooms, smoke smell in hallway, shabby carpets and curt staff were major concerns of some guests.
