This is a very clean and friendly hotel. They have an expanded breakfast buffet free and their rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful.

Upon arrival, the staff treated us well.

They do not have mail pick ups at this hotel which is a shame on the post office.

We were greeted by a smiling desk clerk who offered us fresh cookies. From there we went to our room and found a clean, spacious room with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool was great, and we had the bonus of an evening reception. Also, there was a wonderful breakfast buffet the next morning that the entire family was able to enjoy. A great experience!

The pet-friendly Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites West comprises 80 quality rooms designed for both the business traveler and the vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee, a managers reception on Monday through Wednesday evenings and parking. The property is located off Highway 275 northwest of Lake Zorinski Recreation Area and adjacent to Omaha's premiere hospital, Alegent Health Lakeside. Area landmarks and attractions include Rosenblatt Stadium, Henry Doorly Zoo, the Orpheum Theater, Botanical Gardens, Josyln Art Museum, Offutt Air Force Base, the Strategic Air Command Museum, the Civic Auditorium, Nebraska Furniture Mart and shopping at Village Pointe Shopping Mall and the Oakview Mall which is five miles from the property.

This is a great Holiday Inn Express and one of the best places to stay in Omaha. That is the opinion of many guests who have stayed at this hotel and said the service was top notch from a professional team of helpful and friendly employees. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and affordable. Many guests appreciated the midweek managers receptions with drinks and snacks and said the bountiful breakfast buffet made an ideal start to an Nebraska morning. Most clients said they planned to return to this hotel and had no hesitation in recommending the property to fellow travelers.
