Clean well-equiped rooms (iron and an ironing board). Great view of downtown Omaha. They offer a breakfast buffet for $8.95 that seemed worth the price, but we weren't that hungary. Great place to stay if you are visiting the Old Market area of Omaha.

Overall, the staff was very accommodating trying to give us upgraded rooms. We waited for our king room until almost 4 pm, rather than the 3 pm check in, but it was spotless upon arrival, so worth the wait. It was within walking distance of the historic Old Market, even with small children. The staff was terrific calling evening cab service for us, too. Breakfast was reasonably priced and it was nice to have a restaurant directly in the hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience. We would stay here again!

The rooms were spacious and very clean! Pool area was more spacious than pictured! Close to Old Market area!

There were no clean towels in the pool area and it was a $10 upgrade for 2 queen beds in a room.

The 181-room Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The 11-story, non-smoking hotel enjoys views of the restored brick buildings of the Old Market and the banks of the Missouri River. Visitors to Omaha say this Courtyard is a good place to stay. The rates are reasonable, the employees very efficient and helpful and the location is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Western Heritage Museum. The downside is that the property is in need of upgrading. Despite this many clients say they will continue to stay because the accommodation is clean and comfortable. Some say they will wait for the improvements and stay elsewhere.
