Good location, close to Interstate and convenient to shopping. Heated indoor pool was a big unexpected plus and had a large 2' deep area for my son who is just becoming comfortable in the water! Excellent quality for price paid.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. Very nice and relaxing.
It was a fun time for me and my daughter to spend some quality time before heading back to school. We had fun in the pool!
Saturday night the Jacuzzi was cold! But, Sunday morning we went in and it was wonderful.

I loved the price.
Dodge Street, a major thoroughfare, is under complete re-construction, making hotel access difficult.

All the guestrooms and 11 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, CD player, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, two dual-line telephones with voicemail and speakerphone and a hairdryer. The suites have the added benefit of bathrobes, a microwave oven and refrigerator. Connecting rooms and cribs are available.

This hotel has a large indoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. Sadly this Crowne Plaza does not get all glowing reviews. Many travelers who stayed here on their visit to Omaha were disappointed with the service they received. We still give this full service hotel a YES rating thanks to its reasonable rates and extensive amenities. The lobby still looks impressive but there is a need for some updating in the rooms and more attention to better housekeeping. Most of the professional team of front office employees works hard to provide good service and hopefully with a little updating this hotel will get itself in line with other Crowne Plaza properties.
