The staff was very pleasant, accommodating. Am not displeased with the hotel. Booked with them a 2 queen bed room, and all that was booked with hotel was just a room, no specifics.

Staff very willing to help.

Although booked 2 queen beds online, only had reservation for a room.

Two items impressed many clients who stayed at this Quality Inn the reasonable rates and great location in the historic Old Market area of Omaha with its brick roads, horse drawn carriages and street performers. The cheerful crew of employees knew the best places to shop and dine and made first time visitors feel at home. Other plus factors were clean rooms, the courtesy shuttle to nearby attractions, the free breakfast and an indoor pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing or working.
