This is the largest hotel in Montana, with a sprawling floor plan. You will need the map to find your room. You will also need instructions to turn on the shower, pull down on the ring around the main tub nozzle. Room was quiet, with a heater in top condition. Non smoking room was clean, but nearby smoking hallway was irritating. Staff was friendly but most were in training. Clean friendly home style cooking at the Cracker Barrel across the street.

This old property is being remodeled, and that is a good thing. It was scary and only the good price and pre-paid deal made me stay overnight. I would not have stayed another night. The new bed & linens were lovely.

New beds!

Very old, "used" look, a/c smelled moldy, halls smelled greasy and musty.

This is certainly one of the best places to stay in Billings. Most guests who spent a night or two here were greatly impressed with the super friendly service they received both from the front desk and from the maids. Earlier complaints about tired looking accommodation have stopped since this Holiday Inn underwent a major facelift. Those who wanted some quiet time sat beside the atrium waterfall while those seeking action found that in the new casino.
