The staff is great!!! They all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Hotel is going through a transformation slowly but surely it will come... But the professionalism and service from the staff is exceptional

I stayed expecting Crown Plaza Accomodations, for the price I would not visit again. Lobby and hallways poorly lit, staff was not friendly nor helpful.

We were in Billings for a medical appointment, and we had a really nice time. We liked being in the downtown area.

This hotel stay was fabulous, beds and linens were incredible, TV had great channel selections, Staff was cordial and helpful, truly a wonderful place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the loud doors. When someone would go in and out the door it was so loud that it would wake you up. Fellow guests could learn to be more courteous when closing doors.

I did not think a hotel this upscale could be found in Montana. I was incredibly impressed by the beautiful rooms. The bed was outstanding! Service was ver good. I shall return!
