This was one of the best places we have stayed at. It had a very homey atmosphere. The people were very friendly and accommodating. The site from the 20th floor bar and restaurant was beautiful.

All of the staff that we dealt with were outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable.

They were in the middle of remodeling project. Moving things around.

Overall a very nice hotel. The recent upgrades were a very noticeable improvement. Rooms were clean spacious and the beds were phenomenal. I live in billings and will probably stay there anytime I'm Downtown and shouldn't be driving.

Great beds in rooms and also new flat screen TV's.

At wedding reception the mini bar closed shortly after midnight, right when the party was getting started.

Crowne Plaza Billings hotel is located right in the action of downtown, just a short distance away fom the local business corridor and local attractions. The hotel offers amazing mountain views of 5 different ranges, as well as of the city. There is a Starbucks in the lobby for all your caffeinated needs. Staff speaks Spanish and Portuguese. You won't have to go far for a good American meal with the Lucky Diamond Restaurant and Lounge on the premises. The hotel is totally non smoking. Business travelers will find everything they need from copying and fax services, to computers and wireless data connections.

The rates are more than fair and the location is great in downtown. The rooms are really clean and the bedding is of very high quality. The on-site restaurant has a delicious menu and features a wonderful view on the 20th floor. Many rooms have wonderful views of the city and mountains. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
