We were drawn to this hotel by the Marriott name and the price. The rooms were clean; appeared to be under going renovations, interior decor did not match, had to wait at the reception desk to book in, the agent was attending to other customer needs away from the counter. Always enjoy our visit to Billings.

Great hotel... great rooms. They have a duvee instead of blankets, and tons of pillows on the bed. The service was fantastic! Room was clean and staff was friendly. Check-in/out was seamless.

We did not have access to the pool and hot tub because one of the staff members was having a birthday party for their child at the hotel. They had a very large group of children who were constantly screaming, running and jumping into the pool. There wasn't a lot of room in the hot tub for the guests to relax because of the large party for the birthday. We did complain to the manager,but as soon as she left after talking to them their inappropriate behavior resumed. This made for a very unpleasant stay.

Comfortable room, could have used a rollaway, but made do with extra blankets generously given. Sign in clerk (Echo) was outstanding! Cont. breakfast was outstanding! Very quiet, very affordable; will stay again if we have the chance.
