The front desk clerk put out homemade cookies. Now that is going the extra mile.

The staff definitely put this great hotel over the top.

The beautiful Fairfield Inn by Marriott Billings is conveniently located near regional airports, local businesses and historic attractions and is an entirely smoke free hotel. This Billings, Montana hotel is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Moss Mansion, Custer Battlefield, Yellowstone National Park, Pictograph Caves, Beartooth Highway, Western Heritage Center, Pompey's Pillar, Yellowstone Art Expedition, Peter Yegen Museum and the Red Lodge Ski Resort. Don't forget the Golf Clubs, this hotel is close enough to enjoy the Exchange City Par, Yellowstone Country Club, Peter Yegen Golf Course and the links at Briarwood and Lake Hills. Previous guests at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Billings have reported that the complimentary breakfasts were delicious, and were pleasantly surprised to have so many options to choose from. The rooms were reported to be clean and the bedding comfortable. Visitors reported easy check in and check out and found that the hotel staff were receptive to their needs, and also enjoyed that this hotel was located so close to the local attractions. Most of the guests stated that if they were to visit the area again, they would enjoy a second visit to this hotel. One guest was upset about the railroad noise and recommended a room away from the tracks.
