My room was not cleaned during my stay. they made my bed, but did not vacuum or clean out the sinks. I do not know if this is normal or not, but I was expecting it to be done.

Beautiful setting and convenient to everything.

Smell of smoke as soon as you walked in the hotel.

Clean, fairly new, readily accessible from HW, close to new area for shopping and dining. Reasonable breakfast buffet, accessible free computer, inside corridor, warm enough pool & hot tub, in room coffee, no on-campus dining, adjacent diner did not appear appealing.

Clean, pleasant folk, computer access, convenient parking, decent free breakfast, nice pillows.

No CNN or TV menu.

Best Western Grand Villa offers both a well rounded retreat for both passer-bys and a convenient jumping point for extended visits. The property is located near West Plains Civic Center and West Plains Motor Speedway. Outdoor enthusiasts will find plnety of opportunities for enjoyment at Mark Twain National Forest and at the nearby lakes where they can skii, fish and swim. There are plenty of dining opportunities, however, you won't have to venture out for the most important meal of the day as a free hot breakfast spread is served up daily, and can be enjoyed while accessing wireless high-speed internet. Guests are invited to help themselves with a nice cup of coffee which is offered at the lobby 24 hours a day. All rooms are safely connected via interior corridors.
