The pool was disgusting, hadn't been cleaned in what seemed like months; all of the staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were well-equipped and spacious (we had 3 people in ours very comfortably). Wish I would have known about room entry only from the outside; definitely did not like that. We travel primarily with middle and high school students, so that was a stress or, considering the clientele staying near our rooms. The hotel is, as stated earlier, run down for the part of Springfield it is in. One other thing that disturbed me, which hotel employees may or may not have been aware of: someone was on their hotel room doorstep. Overall, the room was what i expected for what we paid. location is great for everything in the Springfield/Branson area, and polite staff.

Room entry from outside only, seemed to be a little run down for the area it's in.

In a nice area, easy to find, close to Bass Pro, Sports Hall of Fame, Lamberts, Springfield Cardinals and major roads.
Easy access to attractions.
Outdoor pool.

This Quality Inn sneaks in with a YES rating thanks to its low rates and the good work done by a determined team of employees working under difficult circumstances. Many guests who stayed here with disappointed with the small, dark rooms and mattresses in need of replacing. Hopefully when management read this note and the other negative reviews some changes will be made and we can justify the YES we give the hotel.
