I was on a school field trip with 140 people. The rooms looked like crime scene's. Every room I checked had bathroom tubs that were peeling on the bottom, broken toliets, water leaks & mold everywhere. Our Toliet paper came with hair on it. The beds were gross blood and urine stain on them, urine stains on the walls. Every thing was nasty. You did'nt dare take your shoes off. I asked for a diffrent room and got one that they were working on, much better but still could'nt sleep thinking that something was going to crawl on me . We spent 1 out of 3 nights in this place and got out.

1st room we were given was never cleaned. Towels were on the floor in the bathroom, bed was unmade, rugs had litter on them. 2nd room was made up but the coffee maker was never cleaned, litter on the rugs, holes in the chairs. We put towels on the chairs because we were afraid to sit on them directly.

Thie place was infested with cockroaches & had blood on the walls, the bed looked like it hadn't been changed.

Was in St. Louis on business and needed to stay near airport. The rooms were very nice and the restuarant next to hotel was very good

The hotel needs to be properly cleaned. The lobby floors and conference room carpet were dirty. The rooms are very basic. The internet photo is rather deceiving.

Front desk staff efficient. Checking in/out quick and easy. Spacious rooms. Bathrooms were yucky! Stains/leakages etc.

Hotel sign was not there. We called twice once we arrived to the area and not once were we told that the sign had been blown down. I left an item behind and called three hours later once I realized it and was transferred to house keeping got a voice mail of which I never received a call back. Obviously I never got that item back. The best thing I can say is they did allow us to keep our small dog there for only $10 more per night. The lady who drove the shuttle buss was very nice and got us to the airport and picked us up very timely.

Musty room odors. Hot water came out rusty. Only 2 lightbulbs worked in entire room. TV remote missing. Unhelpful staff.

First of all, if you don't use the shuttle system you will have a hard time finding this hotel as it lacks visible signage. They lost my origional reservation but gave me an upgraded room (I have yet to see if there is a monetary impact for this). The surface of the bathtub was peeling and the tile grout was heavily marbled by mildew. I was relieved though, by the lack of fuss in securing another room. The staff was quite friendly and helpful!

This hotel was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were disgusting. Walls were all stained. Bathroom had leaks and the floor was always wet. I can't even discribe the filth. Was afraid to sleep in the bed.

They hotel overall needed just a little fix up but nothing to dire, the gentlemen who checked us in seem new and didnt know what he was doing, which was fine the young lady who seemed to be very pregant, was so helpful with directions to and from place near by i really appreciate all the help she did give the hotel room was in good condition, and in a very clean state i would stay again if in the area..............GREAT STAFF AND STAY THANK YOU

This hotel is very dirty in the common areas as well as in the room which I stayed in. Also no food or pool ammenities.

Used coffee packet in coffee maker, dirty tissue under bathroom counter, poorly made beds-sheets even with, not folded over blanket, restaurant closed, no paper or pen in room, no plastic bag for inside of ice bucket

Our hotel room was dirty. There was mold on the shower. The bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor. There were holes in the walls where pictures used to hang. We requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. Blankets had burn holes in them. This hotel experience was awful! Our shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was stopped by police and not allowed to drive! I should have my money back for this stay!!!! There is no way you shoudl be listing this hotel on your service!!!

Furniture was broken, cracked toilet tank, very dirty, loose electrical plate with exposed wires. Changed to another room and it was also dirty and in poor repair. Would have left except the room was pre-paid and it was late. Does not even deserve a 1 star rating.

We reserved and paid for the room. However they did not have our reservation and charged us again. Horrible service, no manager on duty. Will NEVER stay again

I stayed here based on other's reviews. Glad they had a good stay--our's was very poor. No elevator to upper floors, building in poor repair, rooms and halls were not clean.

Very practical Hotel, it was a Best Western before. Free transportation to nearby amenities, restaurants, airport, train station to St. Louis. It has own laundry for guest and they sell detergent. Nearby all car rentals. You can walk to a nearby Denny's restaurant and a liquor store. Internet only in lobby.

We were arriving late and there was no signage to help us find the building. There was mold and hair in the bathroom and an extremely dirty air conditioning system. Two lights did not work and others were dim. Overall all but the entry way needs a good cleaning and some paint. We would have expected more from the 3 star rating.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. My plane arrived one hour prior to check-in and my room was still provided without addition cost. I really appreciated it due to the fact I wasn't formiliar with area.

The hotel was beyond belief for the price got to park for free and fly out the next mourning, the shuttle ran every 15 mins , very nice staff ,as well as the driver gave really good dinner ideas would stay here in a heart beat .....Thanks so much for the great service

We needed a hotel for one night before we travelled to Illinois. This seemed fine from the pictures and description, but it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke (and had a dirty ashtray in it), the Airport Diner was out of business, the bathroom still needed cleaning, and the shuttle was a beat-up white van. This place is run on a shoe-string budget and it shows.

This hotel is very poorly taken care of. The whole hotel smells of smoke. The toilet seat in the room we stayed in was broken. Spend $20 extra and stay somewhere nice.
