About the St; Louis Airport Hotel

This 137-room two-story property is now the Quality Inn Airport, an inexpensive motor inn half a mile from the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Formerly the St. Louis Airport Hotel, the inn is 18 miles from downtown St. Louis. It is close to several attractions including the famous Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St. Louis and the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Items included with the room rates are the airport shuttle, high speed Internet access, parking and a hot breakfast buffet. The pet friendly property offers a park and fly program.

Somebody in management is not heeding the negative comments that former guests are making about this property. The fact that so many people found the accommodation dirty over a long-period suggests that some serious housekeeping is needed to attract clients back. With so many people complaining it is not surprising that staff are not working well. Only plus factor is that it is cheap to stay here and the location is good. All rooms have a coffee maker, desk with Internet access, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone and cable television with movie channels. More expensive rooms have a refrigerator and microwave oven. Non-smoking and handicap accessible rooms are available.

The inn has a swimming pool that is open during the warmer months and there is a fitness center nearby. The only meal available here is the complementary breakfast buffet but there are several restaurants and lounges nearby. There is a fax and copying machine available for guest use and the 24-hour front desk has information on nearby attractions which include the St Louis Zoo and St Louis Science Center, the Missouri Botanical Garden and Six Flags St. Louis amusement park.
