stained sheets, noisy window unit (loud pops all night), no keys to minibar, dirty floor, broken light fixture, etc. Very disappointed for a 3-star hotel.

I stay in St. Louis at least 3 times a month. Booked this hotel as a birthday present for my boyfriend after our night at the Fox theater. They gave me an upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and it was fabulous !! We didn't check out until one min before we had to. LOVE THIS HOTEL

The beds have too many pillows, comforters, and the mattresses are too soft.

Loved the scented air and comfortable beds and pillows. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Good food in restaurant. Good happy hour in bar. Enjoyed our stay!!!

I booked this hotel because of the chain's reputation and because of its proximity to my event. The hotel was a beauty going to waste. The room was clean, but the doors were falling off my TV cabinet. The pool area was dirty. There were lots of people on staff, but the hallways were strewn with litter. The lobby internet access was nice. Potential for greatness, but until improvements are made, not worth $ a night.

There was some sort of convention with lots of leather involved and doors slamming all night long. They said this group stays there every Jan, so don't visit in Jan! The employees like to talk loudly during smoke breaks at 3 am. They woke us up on the third floor of the hotel, and they were outside.
