The room was nicely furnished and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall one of the best hotel stays we have had.

Very clean with a professional and courteous staff nice room with very nice bedding. The TV was a little difficult to use to many menus and pay per view options overall a great experience.

The pools were clean and it had a very nice restaurant.

I would like to of had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The 300-room Marriott St Louis West provides deluxe accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business traveler or families on vacation. The eight-story, non-smoking hotel is at the side of a lake and has an outdoor patio overlooking scenic fountains and wooded hiking trails. There are 17 rooms available for business or social functions. The largest, the grand ballroom, can accommodate 1,045 guests. Items included with the room rate are local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking, shoeshine and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include seven golf courses, a Six Flags theme park, the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, the City Museum and shopping at the Chesterfield Shopping Town.

Several guests said that this hotel was hard to locate but it was well worth finding. The location was ideal in a quiet area beside a lake, with lots of walking trails. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the employees worked hard to insure all guests enjoyed their stay. Tip from those who have stayed here: Weekend rates are lower and this is a great hotel for a weekend getaway. Most clients said they would use this hotel on future visits to Saint Louis and said they would recommend the property to others.
