Previous guests found the staff service and food of the hotel to be excellent but had issues with the inadequate sound-proofing of rooms. Guests who like their linen to be changed daily should make a request with the hotel, otherwise linen is replaced every three days. A Metrolink station is located near the hotel, allowing guests to easily explore downtown St Louis. A complimentary airport shuttle service is available on request through the hotel before arrival.
