Awesome, I loved the staff the room was beautiful. The bed was so very comfortable. Did not like paying for parking.

It was beautiful inside and out staff went above and beyond expectations.

The pool needed to be cleaned. Mold on the tiles.

Very nice and clean hotel. The fitness room was great! Lots of very nice equipment. The only convenience of the location was if you were flying. It's right near the airport. We, however, were not flying and there wasn't much to do near the hotel. Very nice hotel for the price we paid.

The Fitness room was great!

Didn't like the fact that we couldn't use a luggage cart-they had to do it for you. It took quite awhile to get to our room.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. I feel no need to ever stay anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, they always have a smile on their faces. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms are extraordinary, it is very evident that the housekeeping staff really take pride in their work. I could tell the room was cleaned very thorough. They actually went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and yet very close to Downtown. The shuttle service was also very pleasant with a kind and courteous driver that actually gets out of his seat to help with your luggage. I will most definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

The very first thing that impressed me was the friendliness of the employees, I was very impressed by their attentiveness and friendly smile.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The Renaissance St Louis Airport Hotel, the first-class property, is located next to the Lambert Airport. St. Louis Science Center, Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, Gateway Arch Riverfront, Normandie Park Golf Course, St. Louis Zoo and Anheuser Busch Brewery Tours are minutes away from the Renaissance. The hotel, one mile from the Metro Link, provides free shuttle from and to the airport, coffee / tea in rooms and shoeshine service. A whirlpool, health club, restaurant and two swimming pools on the property are a big plus. The full-service onsite business center provides secretarial, overnight delivery/pickup, notary public, fax and copying services. Safe deposit boxes for valuables and an ATM for emergency cash needs are installed within the premises.

This nonsmoking hotel with 3 Diamond AAA rating offers well-appointed sleeping rooms and recreation facilities. Almost all guests were impressed with everything and they would love to stay at the hotel again. They raved about clean comfy rooms with modern amenities, a wide selection of items for breakfast buffet, free airport shuttle, excellent beds, friendly staff, restaurant, fitness center and indoor heated pool. The hotel offered very good value for the money spent. However, a few visitors were annoyed with parking and wireless Internet fee.
