Hotel was clean and easy to get to. Desk staff was for cordial and helpful with getting us checked in quickly and arranging our parking while we flew out the next am.

a 3 rating may be a little high. The hotel room didn't feel very clean overall. There was a pair of dirty socks left in a drawer, room wasn't vacuumed, no free internet. staff was friendly

Pear Tree Inn is a great place to stay if you have an early flight the next morning. The shuttle service is excellent and you can leave your car parked in the gated lot as long as you stay the night before. Great Location to the airport!

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. Good hotel for the price for the average traveler. However the side door did not work with the room key and no one stated this until I said something about it.

Husband stayed here for a business trip. He enjoyed it. Had a room without a fridge or microwave and they got one for him at his request, no charge. Room was clean he said and in good shape.

Decent hotel near the airport. Cheap rates and cheap parking. A little confusing to catch the shuttle back to the hotel since the bus was from a different company.

This hotel was rated too high. Our room cards were setup for a 1 day visit instead of 3 causing my family to be locked out in the cold weather. Additionally, there was no maid service on Thanksgiving day. Although we arrived 2 days prior, we were not informed that there would be no room service. No one appologized...they blammed others for the mixup.

I had a great experience here! The price was incredible; my room was immaculate and well-decorated. Check-in was a breeze, and the internet access (free) was simple to use and worked. Would easily stay here again--I was surprised by the high quality (especially in the room's decor and cleanliness) given the low cost.

staff was friendly, pool was nice, room seemed clean - but in the morning at breakfast, my kids found several large bugs in the breakfast area + lobby..........

The shuttle is not a 24 hour shuttle. It ends at 11:00 p.m. however if you take the Metrolink to the airport and arrive at 12:00 a.m. when the Metrolink shuts down for the night, they will reimburse your expense for a taxi ride back to the hotel, if you use their recommended taxi service. Otherwise the hotel is nice and continental breakfast is great. If you ride the Metrolink from the Airport close to this hotel it takes about a 1/2 hour to get to Laclade's Landing downtown.

If you want a nice, clean place to stay by STL, try Pear Tree. Bandana's Bar-b-Que next door is very good too.
