I have stayed at this location on several occasions and the hotel is always clean and the staff great! However it has some of the worst parking I have ever encountered, it is however manageable even in a extended cab, long bed truck, you just have to find some of the less obvious lower parking areas.

The Hotel is clean and the Staff is great!

The parking is horrible.

There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 20 guests. The property is within walking distance of the Main Street Music Hall. This is not one of the most popular hotels in Osage Beach but we still allow the property a YES rating since several guests who stayed here had a good time and said the rates were lower than many of the competing properties. Pet owners beware: The hotel says it is pet-friendly so be sure and get some assurances when you check in about the fees. Clients have faced a big bill when at check-out since management claimed the pooch in question was not checked-in.
