We liked our room. It was clean and it was great that it had a micro-wave and empty refrigerator in it. Plenty of room to move around. The indoor pool being connected to the outdoor pool was great and we liked the patio area around the outside pool. The putting green was nice, but there was bird droppings on it that should have been cleaned off. The staff was friendly and service great.

Good continental breakfast. A lot of choices.

Room air conditioner was a little noisy. Hot tub had a bad odor.

Situated right in the heart of Maryville, adjacent to Highway 71, Comfort Inn Maryville is a spacious retreat that accommodates both business and leisure travelers by offering easy access to a number of businesses and area attractions. St. Francis Hospital and Health Services and Northwest Missouri State University are within easy access from this hotel. Outdooor enthusiasts can head to Mozingo Lake Park for fishing and hiking. Those who love to shop will appreciate being as such a centralized location as there are various shopping and fine dining such as Napoli's Italian Restaurant in the surrounding area. However, guests of this hotel wont have to venture out for the most important meal of the day as a complimentary Comfort Sunshine breakfast is prepared each morning in the warmly decorated breakfast nook.

This property looks to be in great condition and is kept absolutely immaculate. Guestrooms are spacious, well-kept and come with many great amenities. The staff is very efficient and do put forth effort to make guests feel welcomed. Breakfast is worthwhile and comes with delicious fresh waffles. The pool area is clean and inviting, some guests like that is it open until late at night. The hotel site is convenient to a number of eateries as well as shopping and the downtown area. Excellent value for the price.
