They raised their rates because of bad weather and were expecting a crowd. The pool had no water. The elevator didn't work, when we asked, the staff told us to just keep pushing the button.

I was really disappointed by the repair of the room. The outlet on the sink did not work, which made it difficult to do my hair. There was a 4" dust bunny hanging in the corner of the room. The carpet appeared dirty, not sure if it was or not. I did not ask the front desk to change my rooms. I was so darn tired that I fell into bed and was out. So I would guess that the bed was realitively comfortable.

The hotel staff let un know there would be no problem checking in late & then they went out of there way to help us when our boys's flight was delayed & we couldn't get back to the hotel to check out in time. What a great place to stay.
