Great location, exceptional staff and service. Overall experience was very good. I would recommend Marriott KC Country Club Plaza to anyone!

The staff was without exception the best I've ever encountered

Air conditioning was difficult to maintain a level of comfort. Needed an ottoman with the small chair.

This hotel was decorated in 1976! I swear but they did update the beds (super comfortable) and the bath (granite counter). It is tired and needs some attention to d?cor. The carpet is so old, soiled and worn. The pictures are sad. The furniture is worn and stained. The rooms did not have an odor and were clean but they really need to remodel to keep up with the other hotels of this caliber in this area.

The bed was super comfortable and staff was nice.

You have to pay for wireless internet!

Nice for business travelers but not nearly as good a value as the embassy suites down the road which had roughly the same price.

Clean, up to date.

With a family, next time we will stay there. Nice pool, bigger rooms, free breakfast.

The 295-room Marriott Kansas City Country Club Plaza provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The 19-story, non-smoking hotel overlooks the Country Club Plaza, the center of Kansas City's dining, shopping and cultural district. There are two concierge floors where clients have added amenities and use of the executive lounge. The hotel has 16 rooms available for business functions. The largest, the Grand Ballroom, can accommodate 600 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include six golf courses, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Battle Hall Convention Center, Kansas City Zoo and the Harry S. Truman Library and Museum.

Rooms at this Marriott are about to be refurbished which will end the complaints about the accommodation looking a little tired and sad. Most clients said they enjoyed their stay since the rooms were clean and comfortable and the rates were reasonable. The employees got good reviews for being friendly and efficient. The indoor lap pool proved to be a great place to relax after a hard day of shopping or work. Most clients say they will continue to use this property and had no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.
