Worst motel in US - posted on 06/03/2007
First sent to room under construction. Second room had no towels even after calling three times. Finally used sheet to dry after shower. Key would not open door. Most horrible service I have ever seen

We had a nice time staying in this hotel. Clean rooms, co operative staff, nice Hotel overall
Very Bad Experience - posted on 03/20/2006
The owner would not honor our request for a refund after we arrived. The hotel was obviously in poor condition, and the front desk reception was extremely unprofessional. We were told there was a 24 hour cancellation policy, but were not told about this when we made the reservation. We felt so unsafe, that we left anyway and stayed in another hotel. Now working with Days Inn Coporate on a refund, but they are also uncooperative.

Not very clean. Front desk poople not friendly. Asked for an extension cord because their light cord does not reach their outlet. They said they would see what they could do, then never did anything.

The walls are paper thin, so if you are a light sleeper this isn't the hotel for you. The rooms are fairly small and the bathrooms even smaller.
The hotel could be better. - posted on 08/18/2005
The ladies at the desk were very pleasant. The owner/ manager kept interrupting them every time they tried to help the customer. He was very rude. The lobby was nice. As soon as you rounded the corner the hallway was hot and smelly. The carpets were very stained and not clean. Our room was nicely decorated, but again the carpet was dirty. My son walked around in his white socks and they were black from the dirty carpet. When we got to our 1st room the TV didn't have a very clear picture. I called the desk and was told it was because of the rain. When the rain stopped the TV didn't get any better. When we threatened to leave he said he could fix it in 15 minutes. Sure enough he fixed it. So why did I get the brush off when I asked about the TV in the 1st room, which turned out to be a bad cable wire, not the rain. I told the manager he could have a very nice inexpensive hotel if he would put a little work into the place, like fix the ice machines, shampoo the carpets and clean the place up a bit.

I was so excited about staying in the same hotel as my sister-in-laws wedding reception until I entered the hotel room. The carpet was FILTHY (looked as though it had not been cleaned ever), there was a broken mirror leaning against the wall (I have kids..total no-no), the mattress shall I say THE ORIGINAL (this hotel has been here for over 20 years) the only good thing can say is the sheets were clean BUT the bedspread was EXTREMELY DIRTY...REMODEL, REFURBISH, UPGRADE, or CLOSE.
