Most visitors to Kansas City who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express were pleased with their choice of hotel. The property offers good value, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the cheerful crew of employees have helpful hints to help newcomers find their way around. The hotel is well located, five block north of over 200 shops and restaurants. There were some minor gripes that the property is a little dated.
