This was very convenient to Downtown KC. Finding it was easy. The room was well-appointed. We arrived late with no problem. Staff was very helpful when we needed to find a drug-store obviously had the traveler's convenience in mind. Breakfast goes well beyond continental with eggs, tacos and pancakes. Great value for 2.5 stars.

Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Spacious rooms.

Didn't bother me, but many rooms only had stair access.

This hotel was so nice. We loved the big size of the room, along with the fact it had a kitchen and living room area. The staff was so nice and the warm breakfast in the morning was excellent. The shuttle service also helps to go see parts of the city without having to drive. Everyone was great and we will stay there again!

Room were very nice and big, with kitchenette.

There was nothing we did not like.

This is a very clean hotel with a great free breakfast. You feel like you're staying in condos with the private hallways. The staff is very helpful and gave us printed out directions anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay again.

Large room size and no hallways, private entrances.

No smoking throughout the hotel.

The pet-friendly Residence Inn By Marriott Kansas City Downtown Union Hall comprises 96 suites designed for the extended stay business traveler or families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is within minutes of Country Club Plaza, downtown Kansas City and the Power and Light District. This inn offers great value for money, if you make full use of all the complimentary services including the midweek socials and shuttle to nearby offices and shops. Those who have stayed here say the employees are professional and polite. Many guests who say they will return to this inn on future visits to Kansas City appreciated the newly renovated suites. Words of warning: This is a three-story building and there is no elevator.
