The Hampton Inn really exceeded our expectations in almost every way. It was very clean, convenient, new, updated, good breakfast, good shower & bathroom, friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and all the people were friendly and none intrusive. The room seemed damp and musty. I was ready to leave just because of this fact. Otherwise things went well. I felt safe with my infant at the hotel and the proximity to the interstate was great.

Landscaped premises reminiscent of a park greets both leisure and business guests at the Hampton Inn Kansas City Airport. The four-storey hotel is near to the Kansas City International Airport and 15 miles from downtown Kansas City. While here, venture 21 miles away to find out more about the westward migration through exhibits at the National Frontier Trails Center standing. If time permits, check out the Kansas City Union Station 15.5 miles away, the second largest train station in the country with restaurants and entertainment outlets. More dining and retail outlets can be found at the Country Club Plaza 19 miles away, the countrys first planned shopping center built in 1922 and featuring Spanish Moorish architecture.

This is a convenient stop for travelers requiring basic yet modern amenities near the airport. Staffs were remembered as being fairly helpful and breakfast was adequate. A complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is offered by the hotel.
