The service in your restaurant is good, but the food is marginal at best. I sent a BB-Q brisket sandwich back because it had so much fat on it. Other menu items I tried were very greasy-all meals except breakfast (I had yogurt and cereal).

I had business to conduct in Kansas City, fly in, stay overnight, fly out. Stayed here because it is Hilton. Facility is run-down, service is not good. I expect first-class from Hilton, this was at best second-class. Best feature was broadband connection. Staff dressed and acted like Days Inn staff (nothing wrong with Days Inn, but I paid Hilton rates). Stay somewhere else. This would not be a bad hotel if rates were $75 per night. I did not get what I paid for and expected in a Hilton.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Pillows were fluffy and room was very clean.
