Several people commented that the staff go out of their way to help you feel welcome. Staff were also very knowledgeable regarding the area. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with sophisticated, upscale furnishings, including new flat screen televisions in some rooms. The pool was amazing, especially for kids, but there were a few issues. First, there may be water bottles in your rooms or bathrooms that look complimentary from the front ... but with a price tag on the back. Don't open anything until you check. Also, the on-site restaurant hasn't gotten the best feedback. It might be wise to eat elsewhere if you can arrange it. Read our customer reviews?
