The hotel is located near a major highway but traffic sounds were not a factor for us. The hotel is accessible, which is a factor for us. Located near many restaurants and easy access to highway.
The hot breakfast was served from 6 to 10 and the staff was very efficient at ensuring that things were replenished and cleaned up.
Lots of teen sports teams at our hotel and so the pool was inaccessible to most guests. Unsupervised teens in the computer room (out of hotel control).

Yes, I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Columbia, Missouri to my family and friends. The staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is spotless. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the bathroom floors are tiled. The upgraded beds are so comfortable. The many amenities are wonderful. There are many things to do near this hotel.
