Was very happy with the room, the pool is an indoor, and is rather small, but with so much to do in the area didn't bother us. Our only complaint would be the breakfast, things never changed from day to day, so we were bored with it after first day of stay. Walgreen is right next door so was handy to get things we had forgotten, also plenty of resteraunts and shows that were within walking distance, we really liked Montana Mikes.

Despite prepaying for both rooms, neither were ready and we had to wait an hour to check in. The hotel says no pets are allowed, but a dog barked all night next to us. When we asked to be moved, the desk clerk was very rude and told us no one else complained so what was our problem? The indoor pool was tiny and stunk. So many chemicals we became ill. Would never stay there again even for free.

We were pleased at the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel--the pool hrs were good. It is a very good location since it is close to 3 of the access roads to avoid the very heavy Branson attraction traffic. The Cont. breakfast was plentious and the wait staff courteous. The desk staff was a little gruff, but helpful when asked. We would definitely stay here next time. Very affordable!

Very clean, Great location, Pool/hot tub area is very nice. Customer service was horrible. Construction (loud hammering in the room next door) was being done on the hotel and started at 8am. We were not warned of this noise before making our reservation or checking in. We had planned on sleeping in - so much for that. We were so tired the rest of the day - and it was supposed to be a "restful" vacation. When we complained to staff they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We will never stay there again even though everything else about the hotel was relatively pleasant.
