This pet-friendly property is no longer associated with Marriott. It is now the Extended Stay Deluxe Jackson. The 94 all-suites hotel provides reasonably priced accommodation for the long-stay business or leisure traveler. The three-story property is located close to I-55 making it an easy drive to downtown Jackson. The hotel has studios, one, and two-bedroom suites, with fully equipped kitchens, and a work area. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, after a $4.99 set-up fee, local telephone calls, parking and a continental breakfast on weekday mornings. The property is close to shopping at Northpark Mall and golf at the LeFleurs Bluff Course. Area landmarks and attractions include the Mississippi Opera, Rapids on the Reservoir Water Park, Jackson Zoological Park, the Davis Planetarium and the International Museum of Muslim Cultures.

This property got good reviews when it was a TownePlace Suites and it continues to get them now it is an Extended Stay property. The only change that anyone noted was there is now a $4.99 one-time charge for Internet access. If you are staying here for a week or so, the daily amount is insignificant. Towneplace Suites by Marriott Jackson Accommodations

All the suites come with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and stovetop, toaster and a refrigerator. Other amenities include work desk, Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone with voicemail and cable TV with movie channels.

Amenities offered

There is an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. The reception office is open from 7am until 11pm and can assist with mail delivery, fax, and copying services. There is a coin laundry on-site. Housekeeping services are limited but should you want extra cleaning it can be provided for an additional fee. A complimentary continental breakfast is available on weekday mornings and there are several places to eat close to the property.
