I had problem with accessing the hotel wireless internet but the manager on duty really helped me get on it and did it with an excellent attitude I really loved the hospitality hour! Beds awesome! one negative, the website advertised outdoor heated pool well it was outside but definitely not heated and was locked up.

The 111-room Hampton Inn and Suites Jackson-Coliseum is close to the Jackson Coliseum - noted for its numerous concerts - and provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price for both the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet or breakfast to-go bag, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, in-room coffee and parking. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 30 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the revitalized downtown Jackson area, the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum, the Mississippi State Capitol building and the Mississippi Fairgrounds.

This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Jackson according to frequent visitors to the city who have stayed at this Comfort Inn. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the efficient team of employees provides lots of helpful hints to make newcomers feel at home. Many clients were impressed with the complimentary breakfast and the evening managers reception but were disappointed that it only lasted one hour.
