I have stayed at Hampton Inns on 2 recent trips and am quite pleased with the quality. I believe the Hampton Inn in Houston TX was a bit of a better value, however.

Convenient to all locations I was visiting.

Helpfulness of the desk person when asking about a nearby outlet center that no longer exists.

We really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely use it again. It was centrally located to the Mall of America and Como Zoo, which was our destinations for our trip. Great parking- lots of stuff around the hotel, too.

Very friendly staff, very clean pool area- great breakfast selection.

No restaurant connected to hotel.

There are many things to do near the Hampton Inn in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Woodbury, Minnesota. There are many big businesses, 3,000 acres of parks and more than 100 miles of multi-use trails. Find nature indoors in Central Park which is an indoor park that has 60 trees, miniature cliffs, a stream and even a 16-foot waterfall. For shoppers, Woodbury is only 15 miles from the Mall of America which has more than 500 stores. If you're interested in culture, visit the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. It hosts The Minnesota Opera, The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and The Schubert Club. If you enjoy fairs, there's the Minnesota State Fairgrounds and is only nine miles away.
