One negative to our stay was the hotel catered to groups on the weekends. There was a huge influx of grade schoolers to high schoolers on the two weekends we visited. The kids took over the hotel, running and screaming in the hallways and overtaking the public areas. The hotel caters to patients of the Mayo clinic, the chaos on the weekends does not make for a pleasant experience if you are sick or recovering from illness while a patient at the clinic. All in all a lovely hotel that provides great service to the Mayo client.

Hotel/rooms were VERY CLEAN. Bathrooms spotless. Employees were friendly and helpful - They even cleaned snow off guests' cars!! Beds were extremely comfortable.

This holtel was well worth the extra money. New rooms, good pillows, clean, excellent service, continental breakfast, wireless internet (a little slow). Very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting town.
